The Ask:

In September 2024, ASICS tasked Flow State with building a campaign centered around the boom in running, geo-based run clubs, and legend product storytelling.

The goal was to support a market share growth push with story-first creative.

The Strategy:
We created a campaign rooted in social-first video that highlighted the emotional pull of running communities while emphasizing product performance and brand presence.

The Process:
3 half-day shoots in Chicago and NYC

11 hero video assets (4 master cuts, 3 run clubs, 4 social-first cuts)
10+ paid media iterations
3 resizes for omnichannel placements
Still photography to support dotcom and paid

The Outcome:
Ran across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, CTV, DOOH
YouTube: +79% lift in purchase intent
TikTok: +56% lift in brand recall
